METHODOLOGY

Our experience has shown that the best results for any endeavor stem from a solid methodology. We have discovered that even the most complex projects can be divided into six manageable pieces: discovery, planning, design, production, deployment, and support. By taking this step-by-step approach, we are able to implement solutions quickly with clear deliverables at each milestone, which means you'll know what's going on every step of the way.

DISCOVERY

Discovery is the time to set expectations. This initial phase is dedicated to developing a mutual understanding of our collective goals and outlining the scope of the project. We'll get the idea machine running and discuss available resources and obstacles to overcome.

PLANNING

Using the groundwork laid in the discovery phase we will outline a detailed plan to bring our project to fruition. A timeline will be developed, and deliverables will be set. The documentation produced during this phase can be used throughout the project to measure our progress.

DESIGN

Sometimes you have to see it to believe it, and the Design phase is where creativity meets reality. Combining your ideas with our graphic skills, we'll produce a prototype for your approval.

PRODUCTION

This is where the real magic happens. If we were building a house, we'd be breaking out the hammers and nails. As it is we'll be building database structure, implementing technology, developing the interface, and testing, testing, testing. Depending on the project scope, we may have one or many milestones during the production phase.

DEPLOYMENT

This is the part you've been waiting for. All that planning, and all that effort materialize during the deployment phase. We will provide training and documentation if necessary, and your files will be uploaded to a live server or installed at this time.

SUPPORT

When our systems launch, you should expect them to work, but we're not just going to turn you loose. You may have questions, and we'll be here to answer them. Our applications are under warranty for up to 30 days. If they aren't working like they're supposed to, we'll fix them for free.
